I hope this email finds you well. As one of our 10,000+ submitters, you've been an integral part of our journey over the past three years, thank you so much for that! We've created over 300 episodes since we first started out, and it's been an incredible experience seeing our production grow from a one-man-show to a team of six! You read that right, a team of six people screens thousands of submissions, conducts interviews, writes scripts, edits the videos, records and edits voiceovers, handles post-production, edits photos, and translates subtitles.. not to mention dealing with lawyers in New York (who are decidedly NOT satisfied), and constantly putting out all sorts of fires. It's become quite the operation to keep this show on the road!

However, as some of you already know, we've recently found ourselves balancing on the edge of YouTube's guidelines. This means that some weeks, our work is left unpaid when YouTube says the videos are too wild for advertisers. That might not be a big deal for a one-man side hustle, but for a team of six people depending on those ads to pay their bills, it's not sustainable.

With that in mind, we’ve been searching for a solution to that problem while at the same time bringing more value to you as a viewer and submitter.
